Data deletion

Request deletion without sharing more data.

You can ask Sky Matinée to delete information associated with your Instagram interaction or reservation record by following the steps below.

Send the request

From the same Instagram account you used to contact Sky Matinée, send a direct message to @skymatine.belgrade containing the words Delete my data or Obrišite moje podatke. You do not need to post the request publicly.

Help us identify the relevant record

The request should come from the same Instagram account so we can verify the Instagram-scoped identity. If your request concerns a reservation, you may include the reservation name and event date. Do not send a password, payment-card number, government ID or unrelated private document.

What we will remove

After verification, the deletion review covers applicable:

  • Instagram-scoped profile and conversation identifiers stored by the automation;
  • stored message content and bounded conversation context under our control;
  • CRM and reservation details associated with the verified account or supplied reservation reference;
  • non-essential operational records that can be safely linked to the request.

Confirmation and limited retention

We will acknowledge the request through the official channel and normally complete the review within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record where required by applicable law, to protect security, establish that a request was completed or resolve an active dispute. If a limited exception applies, we will explain it in the response.

Provider-held information

This process deletes information controlled by Sky Matinée Automation. Meta, Google or Telegram may separately retain information under their own policies. Use the privacy and account controls of the relevant provider to request deletion from that provider. Removing a message from our operational records does not necessarily remove the original message from your Instagram account or Meta's systems.

If you cannot send from the original account, contact @skymatine.belgradeand explain that you need an alternative identity-verification route. We will request only the minimum information needed to locate and verify the record.
