Terms of service
A private service with a limited operational role.
These terms describe the role and limits of Sky Matinée Automation when it supports guest communication and authorized internal operations.

The service
Sky Matinée Automation supports the official Instagram account and authorized staff with guest questions, reservation requests and operational information. The administrative interface is private and is not offered as a public software account, consumer dashboard or general-purpose AI service.
Guest messages and reservations
A conversation, draft, proposal or acknowledgement is not by itself a guaranteed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when the official Sky Matinée channel or an authorized operator communicates confirmation based on the current reservation record. Availability, event details, venue information and lineup may change and must be checked against the latest confirmed information.
Authorized use
Guests may use the official messaging channel for genuine event and reservation requests. Attempts to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, extract credentials, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic or obtain unrelated private information are prohibited. Administrative functions may be used only by explicitly authorized Sky Matinée staff.
Automated assistance and human review
Some replies are prepared using automated systems. The service may ask for clarification, decline an unsupported action or transfer the conversation to an authorized person. Human review is used for sensitive, uncertain or approval-bound operations. Users should not send passwords, payment-card details, government IDs or other unnecessary sensitive information through Instagram messages.
Third-party services
The service depends on platforms operated by Meta, Google and Telegram and on hosted infrastructure. Their separate terms and availability apply to their services. Sky Matinée is not responsible for an interruption, limitation or account action imposed solely by a third-party platform, but will take reasonable steps to maintain safe operation and correct confirmed service errors.
No sale or payment function
This automation does not itself process card payments, sell tickets or act as a financial service. If payment or ticketing is introduced through a separate approved provider, the applicable provider terms and disclosures will be presented separately.
Changes, suspension and law
We may update, restrict or suspend the automation to protect users, correct an error, maintain provider compliance or respond to an operational need. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to an individual in another jurisdiction.
